Hotel Hills offers 69 rooms in several categories: Standard, Lux, Honeymoon, Maisonette apartments, and Hills apartments. Total capacity includes 138 fixed beds, 66 folding beds, and 26 extra beds, accommodating up to 230 guests. Each suite measures 21.7 m2 and features a bath in the room, plus French windows with nature views. Rooms include free toiletries, bathrobes, wardrobes, safes, electric kettles, and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Some rooms offer minibars. A groomed and lit 3 km-long sledge track leads from Hrebienok down to Starý Smokovec. Ski school with professional instructors available.

Hotel Hills is located in Starý Lesný, near the High Tatras. It is 5 km from Poprad-Tatry. Landmarks nearby include the State Forests of TANAP (2 km), Prameniste (3 km), the Ski Museum (2 km), the Museum of the Tatra National Park (2 km), and Obrovsky waterfall (2 km). The hotel is near the cycle route between Spišská Belá and Tatranská Kotlina, which can be used as an easy 9 km-long running track in winter.
